Language Access Assessment

Comprehensive, individualized assessment of an organization's current state of language access services and policy. This includes assessment of client and staff satisfaction with current language services; the use of interpretive and translation services in all areas of operation; and assessment of internal language equity policies. Focused assessment of particular departments is also available.
